Drinking lots of water
I have been given many health tips. Over the next few days I want to share a few that will
guide my plan.
One of the best health tips has to do with how often we
eat. Too often I would skip breakfast
and only eat one or two big meals. Many have recommended eating five to six smaller
meals a day starting with a good breakfast.
Everyone seems to agree that we should never skip breakfast. Try to plan
smaller meals spaced throughout the day. The meals should be a good mix of
protein, good fats and healthy carbs. I have been told that not only will this plan help with cravings but it will also balance my blood sugar creating better energy.
Those are great tips! Drinking water all the time is key. ALL THE TIME. I love 150 lbs. back in 2005 and have more or less maintained that. Of course, I struggle with an eating disorder and need a 12-Step Group to boot, so we all have different journeys. I hope yours goes well!
