Day 3

I have been given many health tips. Over the next few days I want to share a few that will guide my plan.

One of the best health tips has to do with how often we eat.  Too often I would skip breakfast and only eat one or two big meals. Many have recommended eating five to six smaller meals a day starting with a good breakfast.  Everyone seems to agree that we should never skip breakfast. Try to plan smaller meals spaced throughout the day. The meals should be a good mix of protein, good fats and healthy carbs.  I have been told that not only will this plan help with cravings but it will also balance my blood sugar creating better energy.
I will give it a try.

  1. Those are great tips! Drinking water all the time is key. ALL THE TIME. I love 150 lbs. back in 2005 and have more or less maintained that. Of course, I struggle with an eating disorder and need a 12-Step Group to boot, so we all have different journeys. I hope yours goes well!
